Skullcap

Skullcap is an anti-oxidant rich herb that has been used for centuries as a mild relaxant as well as therapeutically for anxiety, nervous tension and convulsions. It is used to support exhausted nerves resulting from mental and physical exhaustion, maintain normal balance in times of muscular tension, and to support normal sleep patterns. It is trophorestorative to the nervous system meaning it restores nutrition uptake to the nerves. Like most herbs in the mint family, it is cooling yet has bitter principles.

The skullcap tincture from Corpus Ritual is a single herb brewed in vodka.

All herbs are either locally and ethically hand-collected from my garden or come from an organic herb company or small organic farm.
